Registration is Now Open for Summer Sweet Magnolia Tours

NEW for only Summer 2024, Get2College is hosting a FREE summer college campus tour series for Mississippi college advisors to experience college campuses around our state. Participants will attend campus tours and information sessions at a variety of colleges. Transportation, tour logistics, and meals will be handled by Get2College; you just need to register for whichever set of tours you’d like to join and show up on those mornings! 

Participants will be asked to share with Get2College how they will use what they learned on the tour by sharing their brief implementation plan (template provided), classroom activities, or lesson plans (template provided) at the conclusion of the tour. 

Each tour is regionally based and will begin and end (with ample parking for your car) at one college, and you will be shuttled to the different locations throughout the day. 

You can sign up for one, two, or all three tour dates. 

• On June 11th, participants will be visiting Coahoma Community College and Delta State University. 
• On June 18th, participants will be visiting Alcorn State University, Hinds Community College, and Belhaven University. 
• On June 25, participants will be visiting Mississippi State University, East Mississippi Community College (Lion Hills Campus and Communiversity Campus), and the Mississippi University for Women. 

This is a first come, first serve opportunity, and spots may be limited to a few representatives per high school, so don’t wait to sign up! Priority registration date is Friday, May 10th!
