Woodward Hines Education Foundation (“WHEF”, “We”, “Us”) is a non-profit corporation and the mission of Get2College is to provide best-in-class college planning services to Mississippi families and educators to help students get to college and be successful there.

What Information We Collect

This Privacy Policy applies to all information we collect about you, including information collected on our website, when you register or attend any of our webinars, workshops or other programs, when you communicate with us in person or via telephone, email or text, through your interaction with us on various social media channels and from third parties that partner with us to provide services to you.

Generally you control the amount of information you provide to us. If you are just visiting our website to find out more about our services we do not collect any personally identifiable information about you. However in order to obtain the services we offer you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information to us.

Personally identifiable information we collect may include your name, mailing address, email, phone number, date of birth, high school, high school graduation date and race.

Personally identifiable information is information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity, either alone or when combined with other personal or identifying information that is linked or linkable to a specific individual. Personally identifiable information does not include anonymous or aggregate data that does not allow a third party to identify a specific individual.

If you supply us with your e-mail address, we may periodically send you electronic marketing or promotional communications. You may opt-out of future electronic marketing or promotional communications by using the opt-out form here.

If you opt out of receiving future electronic marketing or promotional communications from us, please note that you will still receive automatic system-generated emails, such as emails regarding a service you have requested or customer service related matters.

Security

The security of your personally identifiable information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personally identifiable information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. Our website is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on our website. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when posted unless indicated otherwise.
