A brand-new NCAN resources page focused on K-12 districts and schools is now available. With this collection of material, districts and schools have the necessary tools necessary to start, improve, or expand postsecondary transition services in one easy-to-use place. This release is the latest in a series of NCAN resources aimed at K-12 district and school leaders, school counselors, and other stakeholders, including community partners. It evolved from lessons learned from NCAN’s To & Through Advising Challenge, which over the past two academic years saw 20 school districts and community partners across the country implement plans to change their postsecondary advising practices.
