The Hagan Scholarship

Recipients: Recipients must graduate from a public high school located in a county having fewer than 50,000 residents or graduate from a remote rural school located in a county having more than 50,000 residents. 
Details: The Hagan Scholarship is a nationwide need-based merit scholarship designed to help high-achieving students from small towns and rural areas graduate college debt-free.

Mississippi Professional Educators High School Scholarship
Award: up to 10 awards of $500 each
Deadline: March 26, 2021
Recipients: Children of MPE members who are high school seniors and wish to pursue undergraduate studies at a college or university are eligible to apply.
Details: The applications will be ranked in five areas and a total of 25 points are available 5 points for High School GPA/ACT score, 5 points for Resume, 5 points for Years Parent has been a member of MPE, 5 points for Essay on Assigned Topic, and 5 points for the Letter of Recommendation.
