Get2College ACT® Teacher Training is a virtual, two-day January 31 & February 1 subject-specific training for READING. Training will be hosted by ACT® on Teams from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CT each day. Day one and two of training will cover the single subject area selected in this registration form.
Registration will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis with registration limited to one subject area and one date selection per individual. Participants will receive training on one specific subject area (English, Math, Reading, or Science) that is selected.
Successful completion of the ACT® Teacher Training curriculum affords teachers the opportunity to document and display their ACT® preparation content knowledge and teaching skills. This virtual training provides valuable professional advancement for improving students’ learning and readiness for college and career.
The program is free of charge. CEUs of 1 are available, but the cost of the CEUs is not included in the registration.
Registrations will open 2-months before the training date. Registration is limited to one subject per person. Each subject training is limited to only 30 participants.
